Help to Grow: Management Course at NBS is being delivered to a fifth cohort

The Help to Grow: Management Course at NBS is now being delivered to a fifth cohort. The course supports senior managers of SMEs to boost their business’s performance and long-term growth.

The course aims to build participant’s capabilities in leadership, innovation, digital adoption, employee engagement, marketing, responsible business, and financial management to help grow their business. So far, there has been a wide range of businesses involved including a law firm in London, a Leicestershire brewery and digital marketing agencies and construction firms based in Nottinghamshire. With peer discussion a significant part of the part of the course, the diversity of the cohorts has allowed participants to benefit from hearing new perspectives from different industries to help solve similar problems.

There has been a positive response to the course with participants able to implement a variety of new thinking, ideas and processes into their businesses. A flavour of this success can be found through the course’s participant stories and case study with Robert Gavin from Aluminium Bending Specialists. NBS are looking forward to supporting more cohorts through the course with funding confirmed until 2025.
