International accreditations

Nottingham Business School is proud to have achieved prestigious accreditations gaining both EQUIS and AACSB accreditation. This is the highest international benchmark of excellence for business schools.

The School is one of only six UK business schools recognised as a PRME Champion, and held up as an exemplar by the United Nations Principles of Responsible Management Education (PRME) and we are also accredited by the Small Business Charter, which is awarded to business schools that play an effective role in supporting small businesses, local economies and student entrepreneurship.

These accolades recognise the School’s rigorous and innovative standards of teaching and research, which are at the heart of our mission to combine academic excellence with impact upon business and society, developing responsible business leaders.

Nottingham Business School was also one of the first business schools to recieve EFMD Programme Accreditation for its flagship BA (Hons) International Business course, which were labelled as ‘distinctive’, ‘impressive’ and ‘exceptional’.

The School also have numerous programme level accreditations from professional bodies including the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
